Thank you for visiting this journal of our travels. The original idea of this site was to share the places we visit with our friends and family as well as others that may find interest in our travels. Along with photos and stories of our travels I will be providing some history of the areas.

We travel around the Southwestern United States during the winter months. During the spring and summer we are in Northeastern Washington. During our months in Washington we venture out through out that area as well as traveling through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and the Dakotas.

With our home being on the upper Columbia River we have an opportunity to explore some of our countries great outdoors. Almost everyday is an adventure to us. We enjoy the deer, turkeys, eagles and other wildlife we see around our house. Even just a drive to see friends can turn out to be exciting with such things as moose encounters, or just a great view of an old homestead as we come around a bend in the road.

As they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I will be presenting most of our travels with pictures more than words. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy taking them and sharing them with you.
